About the Internship

MindCodeLab Technologies is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern** who is eager to learn client acquisition, lead generation, and business development in the IT industry.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to gain real\-world experience in IT sales and freelancing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through online platforms.
• Search and bid for projects on **Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com**.
• Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the development team for project discussions.
• Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client communications.
• Learn business development strategies used in an IT company.

Requirements

• Must have basic knowledge of **Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com**.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, or Digital Solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self\-motivated, eager to learn, and target\-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
