Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Service Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive (BDE)** with experience in IT Service Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth for **staff augmentation and dedicated hiring services** along with other IT solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in **IT services sales** (Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Developer Hiring, Project Outsourcing)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable engagement models (T\&M, Fixed Cost, Dedicated Hiring)
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, cold calling, and other channels
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
- Achieve revenue and growth targets consistently
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
- 1–4 years of experience in **IT Service Sales / Business Development**
- Strong understanding of **Staff Augmentation \& Dedicated Hiring model**
- Experience in international client handling is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software Development)
Pay: Up to ₹480,000\.00 per year
