We're a growing IT \& AI agency looking for a sharp, hungry BDM who knows how to win business on Upwork and other freelance platforms. If you can spot the right jobs, write proposals that get replies, and turn conversations into signed clients — we want you.

What you'll do

Own our Upwork agency profile — bid on relevant jobs daily and craft winning, customized proposals

Identify high\-value projects (Web, Mobile, AI, Cloud, Digital Marketing) that fit our strengths

Handle client discovery calls, understand requirements, and close deals

Maintain a strong Job Success Score and client rating

Coordinate with our technical team to scope projects accurately

Track pipeline, follow up consistently, and hit monthly revenue targets

You're a great fit if you have

2–5 years of B2B sales / business development experience, ideally in an IT services agency

Proven Upwork (or Fiverr/Freelancer) track record — share your wins!

Excellent written English — your proposals need to stand out

Strong grasp of IT services: web dev, mobile apps, AI, digital marketing

Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes
