Hiring: Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target\-driven **Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)** to expand our business in the hospitality and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management with hotels, restaurants, distributors, and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B business opportunities and acquire clients.
- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, banquet halls, cloud kitchens, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and close deals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM/MIS records and sales reports.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in **B2B Sales/Business Development**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in any of the following industries is preferred:
- Hotelware
- Kitchenware
- Cutlery
- Crockery

- Hospitality Supplies
- Food Service Equipment
