Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our US IT Staffing team as Bench Sales Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in the US Staffing industry. Complete training will be provided.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Market IT consultants to clients and implementation partners across the US.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Submit consultant profiles to suitable job requirements.
• Follow up with vendors and clients regarding interview feedback and placement status.
• Maintain daily activity reports and update recruitment databases.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve placement targets.

Required Skills

• Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in the US Night Shift.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per hour
