We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing bench consultants, building vendor relationships, handling end\-to\-end bench sales activities, and achieving placement targets in the US IT staffing market.
Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to Tier\-1 Vendors, MSPs, and Direct Clients in the US market.
Handle the complete Bench Sales recruitment cycle from sourcing requirements to placement.
Submit consultant profiles to suitable requirements through job portals and vendor networks.
Maintain strong relationships with Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
Coordinate interviews, follow\-ups, feedback, and placement processes.
Negotiate billing rates and contract terms (C2C, W2, 1099\).
Maintain daily submission reports, interview schedules, and placement trackers.
Work closely with consultants to understand their technologies, preferences, and availability.
Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and closures.
Stay updated with current market trends, technologies, and client requirements.
Required Skills
1–10 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / US Staffing.
Strong understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099\).
Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.
Strong vendor network and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
Experience working with ATS tools and MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of successful placements.
Experience working with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS requirements.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and market trends.
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
