Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Job Summary

Squirrel Group LLC is hiring IT Recruitment Coordinators to handle sourcing, resume formatting, interview scheduling, and client follow\-ups for U.S. IT staffing. Candidates should have basic IT knowledge (training provided for freshers) and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates and match them to U.S. IT job roles.

Modify and optimize resumes based on job descriptions.

Submit profiles, schedule interviews, and manage follow\-ups.

Maintain trackers and coordinate with candidates and clients regularly.

Build basic understanding of IT skills, tools, and job roles.

Requirements

6 months – 3 years of experience in recruitment.

Good communication and follow\-up skills.

Interest in IT recruiting and willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of U.S. IT staffing is a plus.
