We are looking for motivated and result\-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters with 1–2 years of experience in US/Canada IT Staffing and Bench Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and placing IT consultants while building strong relationships with consultants, recruiters, vendors, and clients. Candidates with experience supporting full\-time placements in addition to bench sales activities will be preferred.
- Source and identify IT consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants across various technologies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with consultants to understand their skills, experience, visa status, availability, and project preferences.
- Maintain and update consultant profiles and internal databases regularly.
- Market bench consultants to recruiters, vendors, and clients across the US and Canada.
- Work closely with recruiters, vendors, and hiring teams to identify suitable opportunities for consultants.
- Support placement activities for contract, contract\-to\-hire, and full\-time opportunities whenever applicable.
- Track consultant submissions, interview schedules, placement activities, and onboarding status.
- Follow up with consultants regarding interview feedback, project status, offer discussions, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with consultants and ensure a positive consultant experience.
- Meet individual and team performance targets related to consultant marketing, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of sourcing and bench sales activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship\-building abilities.
- Good internet research and sourcing skills.
- Experience in Bench Sales and consultant marketing within the US/Canada staffing market.
- Experience working with full\-time placement opportunities is preferred.
- Understanding of consultant marketing, vendor management, and client engagement processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- 1–2 years of experience in Bench Sales within the US/Canada IT Staffing industry.
- Experience marketing consultants for full\-time opportunities is preferred.
- Basic understanding of US work authorizations and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
