BI Developer

Experience: 2\-5 Years

We are looking for a Data Analyst / BI Developer with experience in Power BI, Python, SQL, Azure Fabric, PySpark, and Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building BI dashboards, developing ETL pipelines, analyzing business data, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Strong hands\-on experience with Power BI report development, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Build and optimize ETL processes using Python and PySpark.
• Experience with SQL queries and Stored Procedures to support data migration activities.
• Work with Azure Fabric to develop scalable analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and performance across reporting platforms.

• *Required Skills**

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Power BI and Python for ETL.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Azure Fabric, and PySpark.
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with Yardi or similar Property Management platforms.
• Ability to expediate development using AI tools.
• Understanding of Property Management, Real Estate, Financial, and Accounting data domains.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
