BI Engineer

BI \& Analytics Support Specialist to manage and support enterprise Business Intelligence platforms. The role involves BI platform administration, user access management, server patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, production change management, and automation across tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Alteryx.

• *Required Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Hands\-on BI platform administration (Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Alteryx).
• Server patching, upgrades, and platform health checks.
• AWS: EC2, Route 53, ALB, Security Groups.
• SSO, SAML, SSL, IIS, Azure AD.
• ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Python and SQL scripting.
• Application installation, driver configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹1,900,000\.00 per year
