Bid Manager (Government & PSU) – Tenders & Empanelment

• *Bocxy Technologies** is hiring one **Bid Manager** to handle our government and PSU business. You will find and prepare bids for World Bank\-funded projects and Public Sector Undertakings and manage our NIC empanelment and related compliance.

• *Responsibilities**

• Track tenders on **GeM, CPPP, state e\-procurement portals, PSU sites and World Bank projects \& notices**
• Check eligibility criteria and recommend bid or no\-bid decisions
• Prepare and submit complete bids: technical and financial proposals, EOIs, RFP responses, EMD and bank guarantees
• Coordinate with technical, finance and HR teams
• Handle pre\-bid queries, clarifications and post\-submission follow\-ups
• Manage empanelments with NIC/NICSI, MeitY, CERT\-In, STQC and state agencies: applications, rate cards, renewals and audits
• Maintain a repository of company credentials, certificates, past project citations and bid templates
• Report bid pipeline, win rate and compliance status to management

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA is a plus)
• 7 to 10 years in tender or bid management, proposal writing or government empanelment, preferably in IT services or consulting
• Hands\-on experience with **GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals and TN tenders**
• Working knowledge of **World Bank procurement guidelines and GFR 2017**
• Strong written English and good command of MS Office

• *Preferred**

• Experience with **NIC, MeitY, CERT\-In or STQC empanelment**
• Experience with consortium or JV bids
• Track record of winning government or PSU bids
• Knowledge of English, Tamil, Hindi
