Position: Billing Engineer
Location : Pimpri Chinchwad(Pune)

We are looking for a **Billing \& Estimation Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project billing, estimation, coordination, and reporting while ensuring smooth financial and operational project execution.
● Responsible for completing Project Billing Cycle.
● Managing Data entries into the ERP software.
● Issuing invoices Credit Notes to clients across various projects.
● Responsible for verifying Data / Timesheets entered by the Contractors / Individual against each project.
● Tracking payments against each Invoices
● Collection of Overdue Payments
● Provide solutions to any problems of clients Ledgers / Accounts
● Updating MIS Reports to Management.
● Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and deadlines.
● Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
● Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
● Analyse risks and opportunities
● Oversee project procurement management
● Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
● Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
● Reviewing project plans and preparing quantity requirements.
● Prepare bill of materials and estimating quantities
● Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
● Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
● Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
● Ensure standards and requirements are met through checks by quality assurance team
Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferred)
Knowledge of billing, estimation, and ERP systems
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good understanding of project documentation and reporting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Diploma In Civil Engineering / B.E Civil / B. Tech in Civil
Pay: ₹240,000\.00 \- ₹260,000\.00 per year
Work Location: In person
