### **Job Summary**

Rohan Corporation is looking for a detail\-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to manage billing operations, ensure accurate invoicing, maintain financial records, and coordinate with internal departments for timely processing of customer invoices. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, billing procedures, and ERP/Tally systems.### **Experience**

2 – 3 Years### **Key Responsibilities**

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing details, rates, quantities, and supporting documents before invoice generation.
• Prepare GST\-compliant invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other billing documents.
• Maintain billing records and reconcile invoices with customer accounts.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in MS Excel.
• Support month\-end closing and audit documentation.
• Respond to customer billing queries professionally and promptly.

### **Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts.
• Working knowledge of GST, software, and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

### **Preferred Skills**

• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
