Job Summary

Dr MEDITECH SURGICAL AND DIAGNOSTICS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a detail\-oriented Billing Executive to manage invoicing, GST billing, E\-way bill generation, and payment follow\-ups. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in Tally software and strong knowledge of billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices, bills, and receipts using **Tally software**
• Prepare and manage **E\-Way Bills** as per GST regulations
• Maintain billing records and customer accounts in Tally
• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for order confirmation
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain proper billing documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company policies

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
• Working knowledge of **Tally ERP / Tally Prime**
• Basic knowledge of **GST, invoicing, and billing procedures**
• Proficiency in **MS Excel**
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to work under deadlines

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in billing/accounts (Tally experience preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
