Role Overview
Position: BIM Architect
Project: Nampally Railway Station Major Redevelopment (Brownfield Infrastructure)
Experience:2–3\+ years in large\-scale infrastructure BIM coordination
Key Responsibilities
3D Modeling \& Segmentation: Build and manage complex Revit 2024 models, worksets, and file partitions for station assets
Clash Coordination: Run Navisworks 2024 clash detection to resolve structural, architectural, and MEP conflicts prior to construction.
Detail Execution: Advance design drawings into construction\-ready LOD 400 fabrication models.
CDE Management: Oversee Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Docs) workflows under international ISO 19650 standards.
Interdisciplinary Liaison: Bridge architectural design and site construction teams for seamless execution.
Key Requirements
Education: B.Arch .
Software: Expert proficiency in CAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Standards: Strong practical knowledge of ISO 19650 protocols.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
