BIM Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented BIM Coordinator to coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for managing BIM models, ensuring model coordination, identifying clashes, maintaining project standards, and supporting the successful delivery of BIM projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop, review, and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and BIM execution plans.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using relevant BIM software.
• Identify, document, and follow up on model clashes, discrepancies, and design conflicts.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with project\-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and documentation protocols.
• Manage model updates, revisions, and information exchange among project teams.
• Prepare coordination reports, clash reports, and project documentation.
• Support Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows, model sharing, and version control.
• Monitor BIM deliverables against project schedules and quality requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing BIM workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BIM modelers and project team members.

• *Required Technical Skills**

• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
• Understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD, model federation, and information management.
• Understanding of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

• *Educational Qualifications**

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Relevant BIM certifications or training will be an added advantage.
