We are looking for a BIM Architect or BIM Modeller, also referred to as a Draftsman, with 1 to 3 years of experience. The position offers a salary between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month. Essential software proficiency includes AutoCAD and mandatory expertise in Revit for BIM modelling across architecture, structure, and MEP services. Key requirements involve practical hands-on experience in BIM modelling, a solid grasp of architectural plans, working drawings, structural drawings, and MEP drawings, and the ability to interpret technical drawings to comprehend design intent. Familiarity with coordinating architectural, structural, and MEP services is a plus. Primary responsibilities consist of creating and adjusting BIM models in Revit and preparing detailed architectural documentation to support project workflows. This role demands attention to detail and the skill to translate designs into precise digital models for construction and planning purposes.
