• *About the Role**

We are seeking **Blockchain Engineers** who treat smart contracts like high\-consequence infrastructure, rather than just isolated code layers. In this role, you will independently design, architect, and deploy secure, highly optimized protocols directly to Ethereum L1 mainnet and high\-throughput EVM ecosystems. You will own your feature surface end\-to\-end, integrating on\-chain logic with enterprise backend services and AI\-powered telemetry systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy production\-ready, highly gas\-optimized, and upgradeable smart contracts using Solidity.
• Implement complex token mechanics, automated governance structures, algorithmic staking systems, and DeFi protocol primitives (lending, AMMs, vaults).
• Bridge structural on\-chain states reliably with enterprise backend microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational datasets.
• Leverage advanced AI coding architectures, agentic workflows, and automated pipeline scripts into your day\-to\-day engineering practice to maximize code runtime quality and telemetry efficiency.
• Lead internal peer reviews, configuration analysis, threat modeling, and coordinate end\-to\-end cycles with third\-party security auditing firms.

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• **Experience:** Minimum 3 to 4\+ years of professional software engineering history with heavy focus on scaling distributed ledger technology.
• **Core Syntax:** Expert\-level command of Solidity, EVM internals, contract patterns, and structural upgrade mechanisms (Mandatory).
• **Mainnet Delivery:** Verifiable experience deploying live production systems directly to Ethereum L1 mainnet (not limited to testnets or L2 environments).
• **DeFi Ecosystems:** Strong background actively building or contributing directly to a recognized DeFi protocol feature layer.
• **Tooling:** Native command of automated testing frameworks, specifically Foundry and Hardhat.
• **Language Stack:** Production exposure using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and native systems development via Go or Rust.
• **Workflow:** Active experience using AI coding agents and automated developer tooling within your daily pipeline workflows.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Exposure to EVM\-compatible ecosystems (Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon) and non\-EVM environments (Solana, Aptos, Sui, Cosmos).
• Comprehensive understanding of cross\-chain message passing, interoperability protocols, and Layer\-2 rollup architectures.
• Experience handling secure infrastructure configuration on cloud providers (AWS, GCP) along with automated CI/CD security workflows.
