• *About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and energetic **Plant Blue Collar Recruiter** to manage end\-to\-end recruitment of shop\-floor and blue\-collar workforce for our manufacturing plants at Rabale and Ambernath. The ideal candidate should have strong field recruitment experience, excellent networking skills with ITI colleges and vocational institutes, and a proven track record in manpower mobilization.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct large\-scale blue\-collar hiring for plant operations.
• Visit ITI colleges, vocational training institutes, skill development centers, and employment exchanges to source candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with ITIs, training institutes, NGOs, and government employment programs.
• Organize recruitment drives, job fairs, campus recruitment programs, and community outreach activities.
• Coordinate with plant HR and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local communities, and skill development networks.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, trade tests, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements for production and plant operations.
• Maintain recruitment databases, hiring reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Support onboarding and joining activities for blue\-collar employees.
• Work closely with government employment initiatives and workforce development programs.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies:**

• Expertise in Blue Collar Recruitment and Workforce Mobilization.
• Strong networking with ITI Colleges and Skill Development Institutes.
• Experience in conducting campus drives and employment outreach programs.
• Knowledge of manpower sourcing strategies for manufacturing industries.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively for recruitment activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• *Preferred Background:**

• MSW (Master of Social Work)
• BSW (Bachelor of Social Work)
• BA Sociology
• Any Graduate with relevant experience in skill development and recruitment

• *Additional Preference:**

• Experience working with Skill Development Programs, Apprenticeship Programs, PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana), Rozgar Melas, or similar government employment initiatives.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, transformer, electrical, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
