Blue Collar Manager - NAPS/NATS

We are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Manager to manage workforce recruitment, deployment, attendance, contractors, employee relations, and statutory compliance. **Hands\-on NAPS/NATS experience is mandatory.**

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end blue\-collar recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and exit.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor attendance, attrition, shifts, and workforce productivity.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and employee grievance resolution.
• Ensure labour law compliance and NAPS/NATS documentation.
• Maintain workforce records, MIS, and manpower reports.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant blue\-collar workforce management experience.
• **Mandatory hands\-on experience with NAPS/NATS.**
• Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
