Job Summary

SS Hyundai Mavelikara is seeking an experienced and dynamic Bodyshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the bodyshop department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accident repair activities, ensuring high\-quality workmanship, achieving productivity targets, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all bodyshop operations and staff.
• Ensure timely completion of vehicle repair and denting/painting jobs.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and customers.
• Maintain workshop discipline and safety standards.
• Control job progress and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
• Prepare reports and monitor departmental performance.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure a superior service experience.
• Manage inventory and utilization of bodyshop materials and equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in automobile bodyshop operations.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and accident repair processes.
• Good communication and customer handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and workshop management systems is an advantage.
