BPM / Camunda Architect

• *Job Overview**

• We are looking for skilled BPM/Camunda professionals with experience in workflow design, process orchestration, system integrations, and AI\-enabled workflow automation.
• Hands\-on experience with Camunda, BPMN/DMN modelling, and REST API integrations is required.
• Healthcare domain experience, particularly in credentialing, enrolment, verification, or compliance workflows, will be an added advantage.

• *Required Skills**

• Camunda \& BPM: Camunda 7/8, BPMN/DMN modelling, workflow configuration, process orchestration.
• BPM Architecture: End\-to\-end workflow implementation, scalable architecture design, process lifecycle management, exception handling.
• Programming \& Integrations: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, third\-party system integrations.
• AI \& Agentic AI: AI/LLM integration, workflow automation, classification, information extraction, summarization.
• Healthcare Domain: Healthcare workflows, provider credentialing, enrolment, verification, compliance, audit trails.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, configure, and implement end\-to\-end BPM workflows using Camunda.
• Create BPMN process models, DMN decision tables, business rules, and workflow configurations.
• Integrate workflows with REST APIs, healthcare systems, and third\-party services.
• Implement task assignments, timers, reminders, notifications, escalations, and exception handling.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into workflows for classification, information extraction, and summarization.
• Ensure workflow scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain workflow executions and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into workflow solutions.

• *Good to Have**

• Experience with Camunda 7 or Camunda 8\.
• Healthcare domain experience, especially credentialing and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of process versioning, deployment, monitoring, and recovery.
• Understanding of sensitive healthcare data, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with AI\-enabled workflow automation and Agentic AI concepts.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
