K Sera Sera Box Office is looking for enthusiastic and result\-oriented Business Development Executives (BPO Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through outbound calling activities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Convert prospects into customers by understanding their requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM/system.

• *Requirements**

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer interaction.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
