We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented BPO Manager to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure service delivery excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational management, and client\-handling skills to drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
*Roles \& Responsibilities:**
Manage end\-to\-end BPO operations and ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning.
Lead, mentor, and supervise Team Leaders, Supervisors, and agents to achieve operational targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Handle client communication, escalations, and operational reviews.
Analyze MIS reports, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify improvement areas.
Ensure achievement of business goals, revenue targets, and process compliance.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Manage staffing, workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
