Branch Executive

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Check gold purity and assist in gold valuation.
• Handle gold loan processing and customer documentation.
• Verify customer KYC documents and maintain records.
• Enter customer and loan details into loan management software.
• Handle daily branch operations and customer queries.
• Conduct field visits for customer verification and follow\-ups.
• Support loan disbursement, repayment follow\-ups, and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• *Requirements**

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in gold loans, NBFCs, or banking is preferred.
• Knowledge of gold purity testing is an advantage.
• Basic computer and software knowledge is required.
• Must be willing to perform fieldwork.
• Good communication and customer\-handling skills.

Pay: ₹15,620\.61 \- ₹20,973\.23 per month
