Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Branch Head to lead our Kolkata operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing branch operations, developing high\-performing sales teams, and building strong relationships with developers and clients. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in real estate sales and business expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development
- Drive branch revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, investors, and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Kolkata and surrounding regions.
- Monitor sales funnel, site visits, closures, and conversion ratios.
Team Management
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants.
- Set monthly and quarterly targets for teams and individuals.
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure productivity enhancement.
- Foster a high\-performance and result\-driven work culture.
Branch Operations
- Oversee day\-to\-day branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor branch KPIs, MIS reports, forecasts, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with corporate teams for marketing, CRM, HR, and finance support.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales and post\-sales processes.
Client Relationship Management
- Handle high\-value clients and strategic negotiations.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Resolve escalations and maintain long\-term customer relationships.
- Generate repeat and referral business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support local marketing initiatives and brand\-building activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 8\+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Minimum 3\+ years in Branch Head / Sales Head / Leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Kolkata real estate market.
- Proven experience in managing large sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and business planning abilities.
