• *About the Role**

As a **Branch Head** at **Zephyr Entrance Coaching**, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations, business growth, and academic excellence of the branch. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with strong team management skills, a customer\-centric approach, and the ability to drive admissions and operational performance.

You will oversee branch operations, manage cross\-functional teams, build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions, and ensure the achievement of business and academic goals.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
• Drive student admissions and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Develop and maintain B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Lead and motivate academic, sales, marketing, and administrative teams to achieve branch goals.
• Ensure excellent student and parent satisfaction through high\-quality service and academic support.
• Plan and execute local marketing and admission campaigns to increase enrollments.
• Monitor branch performance, prepare operational reports, and implement strategies for continuous business growth.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
• Minimum **5\+ years of experience** in the Education Industry.
• Proven experience in **Branch Management** and **Team Leadership**.
• Strong **B2B Business Development** and admission growth experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills with a target\-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
