Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Manager to manage business operations, drive growth, and develop strategic opportunities in the education sector. Candidates with prior experience in the education industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

\- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

\- Manage day\-to\-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning.

\- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

\- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and business partners.

\- Monitor sales, admissions, and overall business performance.

\- Lead and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.

\- Prepare regular business reports and performance updates.

\- Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.

\- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and admissions.

\- Coordinate with different departments to achieve business objectives.

\- Ensure excellent customer/student experience and address concerns effectively.

Requirements

\- MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

\- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

\- Experience in the education industry is preferred.

\- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

\- Good understanding of sales, marketing, and business development.

\- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.

\- Ability to work independently and manage a team.

\- Target\-oriented with a strong focus on business growth.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, EdTech companies, colleges, or business schools will be given preference.

Salary \& Benefits

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
