Job Description

Enbridg is looking for an experienced, proactive, and result\-oriented "Branch Manager" to oversee branch operations, lead a team, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in team management, sales, customer relationship management, and day\-to\-day branch administration.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall functioning of the branch, ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving business targets, motivating team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Candidates with strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

\- Manage and supervise the day\-to\-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

\- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and branch\-level targets.

\- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and support business growth.

\- Monitor sales performance, review progress, and take necessary actions to achieve assigned targets.

\- Assign duties, monitor employee productivity, and ensure accountability within the team.

\- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

\- Handle customer queries, complaints, and operational issues professionally.

\- Monitor daily reports, sales records, attendance, and other branch\-related documentation.

\- Coordinate with the management team regarding business performance, operational requirements, and branch activities.

\- Identify opportunities to improve branch performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.

\- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed by all employees.

\- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and communicate business objectives.

\- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members when required.

\- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the management.

\- Maintain a professional working environment and encourage teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

\- Strong understanding of sales, team handling, and branch operations.

\- Good leadership, decision\-making, and problem\-solving abilities.

\- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer\-handling skills.

\- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards business targets.

\- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools is an advantage.

Experience

\- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in team handling, sales, branch operations, or a similar managerial role.

\- Experience in supervising employees and monitoring sales performance is preferred.

\- Candidates with experience in branch administration, business development, or customer relationship management will have an added advantage.

\- Freshers are not preferred for this position.
