Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Branch Manager** to manage the overall operations and business development of a Life Insurance branch through the **Agency Channel**. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing the agency network, achieving sales targets, and managing branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall business operations and performance of the branch.
• Drive life insurance business through the **Agency Channel**.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage insurance agents/advisors.
• Build and maintain a strong agency network to achieve business targets.
• Set and monitor sales targets for agents and the branch team.
• Drive new business, renewals, cross\-selling, and customer acquisition.
• Train, motivate, and support agents to improve productivity.
• Monitor agent performance and implement strategies for business growth.
• Conduct regular branch and agent performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and internal processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Ensure achievement of branch revenue and profitability targets.

Pay: ₹114,540\.22 \- ₹198,674\.97 per month
