Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of a branch. The role involves managing staff and resources, achieving sales and business targets, maintaining excellent customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue and business growth.

• Oversee daily branch operations, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Implement strategies to meet monthly and annual financial targets.
• Motivate, coach and develop staff to optimize productivity.
• Maintain strict adherence to organizational and regulatory policies.
• Build positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• *Requirements**

• 5\+ Years of professional experience.
• Prior experience within broking industry preferred.
• Strong team \- building, financial budgeting and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly capable of working independently and collaborating smoothly with senior Managers.
