Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations and business performance of our NBFC branch in Goa.

The ideal candidate should have mandatory prior NBFC experience, strong knowledge of lending and credit operations, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining portfolio quality, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Business Development \& Growth**

• Achieve branch targets for loan disbursement, revenue and market share.
• Develop new customer relationships and expand the branch's business network.
• Identify new market opportunities, channel partners and cross\-selling opportunities.
• Prepare business plans and monitor branch performance.

• *2\. Credit \& Collections Management**

• Ensure proper credit assessment, underwriting and loan documentation.
• Monitor overdue accounts, DPD buckets and NPA levels.
• Drive collection and recovery activities.
• Coordinate with credit, risk, legal and operations teams.

• *3\. Compliance \& Administration**

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms and internal policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper branch records, cash handling and security standards.

• *4\. Team Management \& Customer Relations**

• Lead, motivate and develop the branch team.
• Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations.
• Build relationships with local stakeholders and business partners.

Required Qualifications \& Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Finance or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• **Prior NBFC experience is mandatory.**
• Experience in managing a branch or team in lending operations.
• Experience in vehicle loans, gold loans, MSME loans, housing loans or personal loans is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Goa market and local customer segments will be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of lending, credit and underwriting.
• DPD, NPA and collection management.
• Understanding of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance.
• Leadership and team management.
• Business development and negotiation skills.
• MIS reporting and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Konkani/Marathi will be an advantage.
