Job Description

We are looking for a sales\-oriented Branch Manager to manage showroom operations, lead the team, and achieve branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch and showroom operations.
• Develop sales through showroom customers, online enquiries, and project business.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Lead the sales team and monitor individual performance.
• Ensure achievement of branch sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and handle customer complaints.
• Ensure proper product display and stock availability.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales performance and submit regular reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, retail, or showroom management.
• Strong sales knowledge and target\-achievement skills are mandatory.
• Experience in team management and performance evaluation.
• Good communication and customer\-handling skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
• Experience in furnishing, furniture, carpets, home décor, or interior products is an advantage.
