• *Work Mode:** Initially remote until the respective branch opens
• *Training:** At our Dubai office

• *What you will own**

• *Business \& P\&L Management**

• Take ownership of revenue, budgets, costs, and profitability for your assigned branch, cluster, or site
• Develop business plans and identify opportunities for market growth

• *Team Building \& Leadership**

• Recruit and build a team from scratch, where required
• Train, mentor, and manage team members, with clear targets and accountability

• *Sales \& Mandate Execution**

• Oversee mandate\-based brokerage sales, from lead generation to closure
• Build relationships with developers, clients, and channel partners
• Monitor pipeline performance, conversions, and collections

• *Setup \& Operations**

• Establish local operations, workflows, and reporting systems
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and service partners
• Provide management with performance updates and market insights

• *What we need from you**

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• **Mandate\-based real estate brokerage experience is mandatory**
• **Proven P\&L management experience**
• Track record of building teams and delivering business results
• Strong understanding of the relevant local real estate market
• Effective negotiation, decision\-making, and stakeholder management skills

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience launching branches or managing multiple sites
• Established developer and channel partner network

Pay: From ₹100,000\.00 per month
