Branch Sales Executive

• *Key Responsibilities :**
• * Sales Leadership \& Target Achievement**

o Drive assigned targets for acquiring Fixed Deposits and selling insurance products both life \& general

o Monitor performance and ensure achievement of premium and persistency targets

o Own and deliver location\-specific KPIs including market share, productivity, and activation

• * Team Management**

o Lead, coach and mentor team of Business Associates

o Build a high\-performance culture with a focus on accountability and skill development of the business associates

o Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing market and product updates

o Set goals, review performance of BA’s

• * Channel Development**

o Build and strengthen multi\-channel distribution model through Agency Model as well as direct sales

o Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with channel heads

• * Agency Channel Development**

o Expand agency base by recruiting high\-quality advisors

o Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and rewards

o Promote a performance\-based culture with strong career progression

• * Compliance \& Process Adherence**

o Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational and company policies

• * Market Intelligence**

o Gather and analyse competitive insights and market trends to drive regional strategies

o Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategies
