Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target\-oriented Branch Sales Manager to handle office\-based sales, personally manage walk\-in customers and sales calls, and lead the Tele sales Team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage branch sales activities and achieve sales targets.
• Handle walk\-in customers, enquiries, quotations, negotiations and follow\-ups.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the Telesales Team and its performance.
• Track leads, conversions, sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal departments.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
• Experience in sales, branch/showroom sales or telesales management preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and team leadership skills.
• Target\-driven, proactive and confident in customer handling.
• **Fluent Hindi is mandatory.** Candidates must be able to speak Hindi fluently.
• Experience in building materials, roofing, tiles, sanitaryware, hardware or related industries is preferred.
