Job Description
- *Job Description*** Develop and execute the company's overall brand strategy to ensure a consistent, impactful, and recognizable brand identity across all branches, marketing channels, and customer touchpoints.
- Lead the Creative, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, and Content teams, with final approval authority for all creative assets before publication.
- Plan and execute branding for marketing campaigns, office branding, branch launches, corporate events, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, podcasts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual identity, messaging, design standards, and customer experience across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the Website, SEO, Digital Marketing, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage end\-to\-end creative projects, ensuring timely delivery, exceptional quality, and alignment with business goals and campaign objectives.
- Oversee all design, photography, videography, multimedia production, and content development activities to maintain high creative standards.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer insight studies, and adopt emerging branding trends and AI\-powered creative tools to strengthen market positioning.
- Manage branding agencies, creative vendors, printers, production partners, freelancers, and external stakeholders while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize branding budgets, vendor contracts, and creative resources to maximize return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance, website branding, social media branding, and overall creative effectiveness using analytics and recommend continuous improvements.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate the creative team through regular performance reviews, coaching, and innovation initiatives to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Ensure effective cross\-functional coordination with leadership and business units to support strategic branding, product launches, and business growth initiatives.
- Drive continuous innovation by implementing creative best practices, modern branding techniques, automation, and AI\-enabled design solutions to improve efficiency and brand impact.
