About the Role
We are looking for a **Brand Manager who has built and grown brands, not just managed campaigns.**
The ideal candidate should have experience taking ownership of a brand's positioning, communication, content strategy, and growth. We are specifically looking for someone with a **creative mindset**, strong **content marketing experience**, and prior experience working in a **startup environment** where speed, ownership, and execution are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand strategy, positioning, and communication.
- Build and execute creative brand and content marketing initiatives.
- Develop content strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and growth.
- Create innovative campaigns and storytelling ideas across digital and social platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify consumer insights, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and optimize brand initiatives.
Required Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Marketing, or Content Marketing.
- Proven experience in building, scaling, or growing a brand.
- Strong content marketing and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience working in a startup or high\-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and execution skills.
Preferred Background
- Startup, D2C, Consumer Internet, FinTech, Lifestyle, or NBFC experience.
- Candidates who can demonstrate direct impact on brand growth, audience engagement, or brand awareness.
