About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated **Brand Scouting \& Onboarding Executive** to expand our eCommerce marketplace by identifying and onboarding quality brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting business owners, presenting our marketplace opportunity, negotiating partnerships, and successfully onboarding brands onto our platform.

This is primarily a field\-sales and business development role that requires excellent communication, relationship\-building, and negotiation skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Scouting

  • Identify potential brands across categories such as Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty, Electronics, Home \& Living, Grocery, Kids, and other consumer products.
  • Conduct market research to discover emerging and established brands.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of prospective brands.
  • Visit trade fairs, exhibitions, retail markets, and business hubs to identify new opportunities.

Brand Acquisition

  • Reach out to founders, brand owners, and decision\-makers.
  • Schedule and attend face\-to\-face meetings with brand owners.
  • Present the benefits of joining our eCommerce marketplace.
  • Explain our business model, marketing support, and growth opportunities.
  • Handle negotiations and close partnership agreements.

Brand Onboarding

  • Guide brands through the complete onboarding process.
  • Collect all required documents (GST, PAN, Bank Details, Product Catalogue, Brand Authorization, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the internal cataloguing, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure brands are successfully listed on the platform.
  • Follow up until products go live.

Relationship Management

  • Build long\-term relationships with brand partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to increase product assortment and sales.
  • Maintain regular communication with brand owners.

Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, Catalogue, Logistics, and Account Management teams.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and timely launch of brands.

Pay: ₹10,091\.08 \- ₹32,494\.96 per month

Work Location: In person
