Ensure adequate margin availability at exchanges for Trading Members (TM) and Clearing Members (CM). Coordinate with Front Office teams, client custodians, exchanges, and overseas desks to ensure efficient trade lifecycle management. Manage trade settlement, accounting, exchange reporting, security settlements, and MIS reporting activities. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements relating to UCC, OTR, Pay\-in, Pay\-out, Margins, and other broking processes. Respond to regulator queries and support timely and accurate regulatory reporting submissions. Drive process excellence through automation, operational efficiency initiatives, and scalable solutions. Identify gaps in regulatory and procedural adherence and escalate issues appropriately. Manage operational risk events through ORAC reporting and issue remediation tracking.
