### **Responsibilities**
1\. Content Creation \& Publishing
- Write and publish SEO\-optimised content across blogs, social media, and email while managing stakeholders/deadlines.
- Repurpose and adapt content across formats and platforms to maximise engagement and relevance.
- Pitch and execute initiatives that drive brand growth, audience engagement, and topical authority.
2\. SEO \& Growth
- Execute on\-page SEO best practices alongside off\-page efforts, including link\-building and AI discoverability strategies.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify content opportunities and plan the marketing roadmap.
- Drive consistent traffic growth across search and social channels.
3\. Analytics \& Reporting
- Track, analyse, and report on content and campaign performance against KPIs (traffic, engagement, etc).
- Use data to identify what's working, iterate quickly, and surface insights to the team.
4\. Collaboration \& Design
- Work closely with design, development, and product teams on integrated campaigns and brand assets.
- Create basic visual assets using Canva or AI\-powered design tools when needed.
### **Qualification \& Skills**
#### **Mandatory**
1\. 2\-4 years of experience in content writing, SEO, or at a digital marketing agency or client\-side.
2\. Content \& Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English\- clear, concise, and adaptable across tones, platforms, and audiences.
- Ability to research deeply and write with authority on varied topics.
3\. SEO \& Marketing Tools
- Hands\-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest) and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads for performance tracking and campaign management.
- Familiarity and Openness to learn about email marketing, social media platforms, and CRM/automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
4\. AI Fluency
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance, not replace original thinking, research, and content production.
5\. Mindset
- Data\-informed, proactive, and quick to adapt to shifting strategies, tools, or market trends.
- Takes ownership, brings ideas to the table, and follows through independently.
