  • *Role Overview**

As a High\-Ticket Sales Closer, you'll engage with qualified prospects who have already expressed interest in our client's offers. Your role is to understand their needs, build trust, handle objections, and guide them toward making a confident buying decision.

  • *This is not a cold\-calling role.** You'll work with company\-generated leads and focus on converting warm prospects into customers through consultative sales conversations.
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Conduct discovery and closing calls via phone, Zoom, or Google Meet.
  • Understand customer goals, challenges, and buying motivations.
  • Recommend the most suitable solution through consultative selling.
  • Handle objections confidently and ethically.
  • Consistently follow up with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and conversions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • *Requirements**
  • 1–3 years of experience in High\-Ticket Sales, Business Development, Admissions Counselling, Inside Sales, or Consultative Sales.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, Coaching, Consulting, Education, Mentorship, SaaS, or service\-based businesses is preferred.
  • Proven ability to close premium offers over phone or video calls.
  • Comfortable working in a target\-driven environment.

  • *Compensation \& Benefits**
  • **Fixed Salary:** ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
