We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team for Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have aptitude in sales, combined with strong skills to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and attract new customers. This role requires a motivated individual who is ready to contribute to both sales efforts and marketing initiatives.
- **Sales Development:**
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.).
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly reporting on performance.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaboration \& Reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing campaign.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and digital marketing KPIs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Creative, proactive, and self\-motivated with a customer\-focused approach.
- Language proficiency : English, Malayalam and Hindi.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
