Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results\-driven **Business Development Manager** to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships within the US Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's expansion goals.
We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager (BDM)** with a strong background in **Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our RPO services across the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients requiring RPO and talent acquisition solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Build long\-term relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision\-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in recruitment and staffing.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- Represent the organization in client meetings and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience selling RPO solutions to US\-based clients.
- Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Healthcare, IT, Engineering, or Professional Staffing.
- Experience in MSP, VMS, and Recruitment Outsourcing models.
- Strong network within the US staffing and recruitment industry.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive growth targets.
