About the Role

AI5 Academy is looking for an experienced **Business AI \& Leadership Trainer** to conduct practical AI programs for business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, senior professionals and corporate teams.

The trainer will primarily deliver our **AI for Business Leaders** and **AI for Managers \& Leaders** programs.

This is not a programming\-focused position. We are looking for someone who understands how Generative AI can be applied across real business functions such as marketing, sales, HR, operations, customer service, management and decision\-making.

The trainer should be able to explain AI in clear business language and help participants identify where AI can actually save time, improve productivity, support decision\-making and improve day\-to\-day business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions for business owners, managers, team leaders and senior professionals.
• Teach practical use of Generative AI in business and management.
• Demonstrate how AI can be used across:
• Marketing
• Sales
• HR and recruitment
• Customer support
• Operations
• Research
• Reporting
• Business communication
• Management and decision\-making
• Help participants identify suitable AI use\-cases within their organisations.
• Train participants to use AI safely and responsibly in professional environments.
• Explain limitations, privacy concerns, accuracy issues and human review requirements while using AI.
• Conduct practical demonstrations rather than theory\-only sessions.
• Create business\-specific exercises, case studies and assignments.
• Customise corporate workshops according to the department, industry and participant profile.
• Help managers understand how AI can be introduced within teams without disrupting existing workflows.
• Guide participants in developing AI adoption plans for their organisations.
• Review participant projects and provide practical feedback.
• Keep course examples and demonstrations updated with current AI tools and business applications.

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

Strong practical knowledge of tools such as

• ChatGPT
• Google Gemini
• Microsoft Copilot
• Claude
• Perplexity or similar AI research tools
• AI presentation and document tools
• AI tools for marketing, content, research and productivity

Knowledge of additional business AI tools will be an advantage.

• *Programming, Python or n8n knowledge is not mandatory for this role.**

• Ability to customise training based on different industries and departments.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with any of the following will be preferred

• Previous corporate AI training experience.
• Experience conducting workshops for managers or senior professionals.
• Management consulting or business consulting background.
• Experience implementing Generative AI within organisations.
• MBA or similar business/management qualification.
• Experience working with business owners, founders or CXO\-level participants.
• Experience designing corporate learning programs.

Formal AI certification is useful but is **not mandatory** if you can demonstrate strong practical knowledge and business application of AI.

What We Do Not Want

This role may not be suitable for candidates whose experience is mainly limited to:

• Python programming
• Machine Learning model development
• Data Science theory
• Academic AI teaching without business application
• Prompt engineering without business or management knowledge

We are specifically looking for someone who can connect **AI with business decisions, people, processes and productivity**.
