Responsibilities

Assess, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct workshops, surveys, and use cases to capture client needs.
Translate conceptual requirements into detailed specifications for developers.
Create process models, diagrams, and documentation using UML.
Manage functional and non\-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain effective communication with complex stakeholder groups.
Requirements
### **Qualifications \& Experience**
Master’s degree in Business Management.
Proficiency in requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Familiarity with Telecom frameworks (eTOM, OSS/BSS) and tools like ARIS (preferred).
Basic knowledge of design\-thinking methodology.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
