We are looking for a strong Business Analyst (BA) with experience in legacy system (mainframe) transformations and Intellect product mapping. The role involves translating business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring seamless mapping of existing application functionalities to target Intellect solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional mapping of existing mainframe applications to Intellect product capabilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Write high\-quality user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams

Drive requirement clarification workshops and solution discussions

Support gap analysis and impact assessment during transformation initiatives

Ensure traceability of requirements across the SDLC lifecycle

Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to validate functionality and ensure requirement coverage

Must Have Skills

Strong experience as Business Analyst in Banking/Financial domain

Hands\-on experience in mainframe application understanding and transformation projects

Proven expertise in functional mapping to Intellect product suite (Intellect Design Arena)

Strong experience in writing user stories, functional specifications, BRD/FRD

Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies

Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement articulation skills

Techno\-Functional Skills

Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation

Good understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows

Experience working with developers, QA teams, and architects

Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

Good to Have

Exposure to Liquidity Management / Treasury / Cash Management systems

Experience in corporate banking / payments domain

Prior exposure to global banking transformation programs
