• *Job Title: Business Analyst – Life Insurance**

• *Location:** Navi Mumbai
• *Experience:** 3–4 Years
• *Salary:** ₹8–12 LPA

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Life Insurance domain to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and coordinate with business and technical teams.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Analyze life insurance processes, products, and business workflows.
• Support UAT, testing, and implementation activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

• *Requirements:**

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
