#### **Key Responsibilities:**

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across domains such as Oil \& Gas, Manufacturing, Sales, or IT
Translate domain\-specific business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and smooth implementation
Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI solutions to optimize processes within industry verticals (e.g., automation, reporting, customer interactions)
Develop documentation including process flows, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases aligned with domain practices
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations
Perform gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements tailored to industry workflows
Work with cross\-functional teams to deliver scalable, high\-quality solutions across business units
Stay updated on emerging trends in AI/Gen AI and propose relevant use cases for industry\-specific challenges

#### **Required Skills:**

Strong foundation in Business Analysis with experience in domain\-driven environments (Oil \& Gas, Manufacturing, Sales, or IT)
Proven expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management across business functions
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies in enterprise settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams
Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities with a business\-oriented mindset

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio

#### **Generative AI (Basic Exposure Required):**

Understanding of Generative AI concepts (e.g., chatbots, LLMs, automation) and their application in business domains
Awareness of tools like ChatGPT or similar AI platforms
Ability to identify practical use cases of Gen AI to improve efficiency in industries such as Manufacturing, Sales operations, IT services, or Oil \& Gas
No deep technical or coding expertise required
