Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non\-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into system and solution design inputs.

Analyze solution feasibility, risks, and business impact.Support Agile/sprint\-based delivery and project execution.Perform data analysis and validate business requirements.Coordinate with distributed/global teams for delivery alignment.- Business Analyst experience (3\+ years BA, overall 7\+ IT experience)
- Gas / Power / LNG Trading or ETRM systems exposure
- Gas scheduling and balancing knowledge (Trading \& Supply domain)
- EU Gas TSO operations understanding
- Agile project delivery experience
- Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills
